Steve is a nationally known trial lawyer who provides more than two decades of experience representing victims of mesothelioma and lung cancer caused by asbestos. He has committed his entire professional life to fighting on behalf of the victims of the asbestos industry. He is Of Counsel to Allen & Nolte, PLLC.
Steve’s work in asbestos exposure cases includes representing thousands of men and women who have been wrongly and unwittingly exposed to dangerous asbestos fibers. His track record includes cases involving shipyard workers, military veterans from the U.S Navy, carpenters, construction workers, pipefitters, and people who were exposed to asbestos in many other industries. Steve has fought on behalf of his clients against some of the largest companies in the world, including General Motors, Alcoa, and Georgia Pacific.
Steve is a member of the American Bar Association and Texas Trial Lawyers Association. His work in the community includes his service on the Board of Directors for Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. He is admitted to practice in both Texas and Alabama.
The son of a railroad worker and a teacher, he was raised in Seattle, Washington. Steve completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Washington before earning his law degree at the University of Texas School of Law.
