Trey Allen

John “Trey” Allen, III has effectively represented clients for nearly three decades in cases involving dangerous pharmaceutical drugs; medical device failures; toxic substances; brain and spine injuries; trucking accidents; construction accidents; and many other individual injury and death cases. Trey has also represented clients in a variety of business litigation matters, including trade secret theft, employment, fraud, contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. Trey is dedicated to protecting his clients legal rights and has built a long record of representing those harmed by others in state and federal courts across the United States.
Trey grew up in Dallas, Texas and attended The University of Texas at Austin, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in 1990. Trey earned his Juris Doctor at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in 1993.
Trey is currently the principal of Allen & Nolte, PLLC, a firm that represents clients nationwide in a wide variety of case types. Trey has been recognized by D Magazine in its list of Best Lawyers in Dallas and for the last five years has been selected to the Texas Super Lawyers.
Trey is admitted to practice in Texas state courts, several U.S. District Courts, and the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Trey has helped people from all walks of life by relying on his years of experience preparing cases for trial and resolution.
